JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is part time with a flexible work schedule from 16 hours/week up to 40 hours/week during our most intense sale period. As a customer service representative you work together with our Customer Service Manager and our Web Shop Manager to reach the established sales targets for the online store. You strive to exceed the customer’s expectation by performing an excellent service. The daily work includes working together with the E-commerce team in developing and operating the online store to reach long term set goals. The job will include but not be limited to the following tasks:

  • Give exceptional customer support through email and telephone on daily basis
  • Closely follow HOPE guidelines
  • Handle orders, exchanges and returns
  • Work with daily stock optimization
  • Support our Customer Service Manager and Webshop Manager with daily tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person you are sales oriented, structured and have strong administrative skills. But most importantly, you are service minded. You speak and write Swedish as well as English fluently. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a requirement. Previous experience of the E-commerce platform Magento is an advantage but not a requirement. You embrace work with a solution oriented mindset and with great flexibility. Your attitude is positive and you maintain a good role model for your colleagues. Further on, you are passionate about HOPE as a brand and you enjoy the workspace of a dynamic company in expansion.
