Hope is now looking for a driven and results-oriented Store Manager. The position is a permanent position in our store in Malmö, and also includes the responsibility for our store in Copenhagen while our present store manager is on maternity leave. Therefore experience in retail management is essential. We offer you and your team the opportunity to influence and develop the stores. Hope is a Swedish fashion company founded in 2001 by Ann Ringstrand and Stefan Söderberg. In autumn 2002 Hope launched the first women's collection, and three years later a men's collection. The first own retail shop opened in Stockholm in 2006 and today we have 10 shops, in Sweden, Norway, Netherlands and Denmark.

Hope's clothes are also sold in approximately 220 retailers around the world and in seven shop-in-shops. Hope was awarded the prestigious Swedish Design Award Guldknappen in 2010.

About the Service


As Store Manager at Hope you are responsible for the stores reaching their goals. You are involved in the budget process and ensure that it is followed during the financial year. Together with your team and your Sales Manager you work to operate and develop the stores in their daily work and to achieve long-term objectives

As you will be responsible for two stores under a period it is essential that you are organized and prestige less by nature.

The following information is part of the service, as Store Manager you must ensure:.

    • Active sales to every visitor and work to give our customers world class service
    • Sales coaching to all staff
    • Responsible for the store following Hope's overall retail concept in everything from visual merchandising to routines and work environment
    • Take full responsibility for your budget and be involved in budgeting processes
    • Work with stock optimization
    • Planning for events, and implement these together with you staff.
    • Recruitment and introducing of new employees



You have some years of experience as Store Manager, you have also experience with staff and budget responsibility and are accustomed to working with KPI’s, such as conversion rate. You have experience in leading and developing teams in retail. Furthermore, you have knowledge in economics and are accustomed to working with this as a tool to operate your business successfully. You are seeking new challenges and prepared to go the extra mile.



As a person you are self-driven, sales oriented, structured and operative. In the processes, you are solution oriented with great flexibility and independence. You have positive energy and are a good role model for your employees. You are passionate and enthusiastic in your work and have a high sense of service.
