Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending it back unworn, unwashed and undamaged in its original packaging. You may exchange the item to a different size or colour. All exchanges are free of charge, and final returns are at your own expense. In order to exchange, please send us an email to onlineinfo@hopestockholm.com and we will send you the return ticket to your email address.

 

The items can be exchanges or returned within 14 days, all exchanges are free of charge.

 

In order to return, please note that you are responsible for the product(s) safe journey back to our warehouse. We recommend you:
• Choose a shipping company which offers tracking.
• Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.


If you have used Klarna invoice as payment option, your invoice will be updated or cancelled and sent to you by email to the address given upon purchase.

If all parts of HOPE’s return policy are fulfilled, you will be refunded the same amount, including any additional service charges, which was paid upon purchase as soon as possible, but no later that 14 days after the item has been returned to us or you informing us of wanting to return an item. 

Notice that you do not qualify for our return policy if:

• More than 14 days has passed since you received your order.
• You have used the product, however you have the right to examine the condition the product was in when delivered. 
• If damage or harm has been caused to a product while examining it.
• The product has been broken or damaged and is not in the same condition as when delivered.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees in connection with the return delivery of unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
