Shipping & Deliveries

The shipping cost is 65 SEK. All orders are processed and shipped with Posten from our distribution centre in Borås, Sweden within one business day. Shipping and delivery time are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. During our sales periods order processing may take up to three days. Packaging and processing are done Monday through Friday, with exception for Swedish public holidays.

Upon ordering, a preliminary confirmation will be sent from us to you through email. Once your order has been shipped, a second email with a final confirmation of the purchase will be sent to you. Instructions and information regarding tracking your order and location of pick up point are included in the second email.

Your order will be sent to your local delivery point and a notification will be sent through text or dispatch note when your package has arrived at your location

Important Information

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Delivery times mentioned here are to be seen as guidelines only and may vary pending possible delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance at the destination.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. In case of misleading information regarding the quantities in stock, due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

Insurance

Your order is insured by Hope during shipping and until it is delivered to you. If your order is signed for by a specified recipient, other than yourself, you accept that evidence of signature by them verify delivery and order fulfilment by Hope, and at the same time releases Hope of any responsibility. If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, at first hand please contact the shipping company.
