Returns & Exchanges

If you´re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our online shop we are more than happy to help you return it or exchange it to a different color or size. The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if it´s unworn, unwashed, not damaged and if it´s in the same condition as when you received it.

MAKE A RETURN

If the item is within the requirements for a return, we will refund you within 14 days from that it’s registered at our warehouse in Borås. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card. All returns are on the customers expense.

How it works:.

1. Fill in the return form
2. Place the item/items that you want to return in the plastic bag that your order came in, or any other packaging
3. Take the parcel to your nearest postal office and send it to our warehouse, the address is:

4. When the parcel with your return has arrived to our warehouse they will send us a confirmation that the refund can be proceeded from us.
5.You will receive an email from HOPE that confirms the refund

Please note that you are responsible for the item that you want to exchange or return until we have received it, therefore we recommend you to:

  • Choose a shipping company that offers the ability for you to track the order
  • Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way.

MAKE AN EXCHANGE

All exchanges are at your own expense. Please follow the return instructions and fill in the return from with what you would like to make an exchange and to which size you want to exchange to.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

All unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees associated with the return of the unclaimed package will be charged to the customer.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination. If all parts of HOPE’s return policy are fulfilled, you will be refunded the same amount, including any additional service charges, which was paid upon purchase as soon as possible, but no later that 14 days after the item has been returned to us or you informing us of wanting to return an item. 

Notice that you do not qualify for our return policy if:

• More than 14 days has passed since you received your order.
• If damage or harm has been caused to a product while examining it.
• The product has been broken or damaged and is not in the same condition as when delivered.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees in connection with the return delivery of unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
