We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Interim CFO to cover a parental leave period at HOPE. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s future and ensuring a strong financial foundation to support continued growth. 

As CFO, you will hold a highly operational position with overall responsibility for the company’s financial health, reporting, and accounting. You will ensure that the business is steered towards its targets while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and cash flow. The role combines strategic planning with active involvement in day-to-day operations. 

You will work closely with the General Manager to establish a solid foundation and clear direction for the organization. 

- Play a central role in shaping HOPE’s strategy and long-term financial planning  

- Partner with the General Manager in key decision-making and risk assessment  

- Prepare and present financial reports to the General Manager, owners, and Board of Directors  

- Manage cash flow and liquidity  

- Responsible for all accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, financial statements, and tax filings  

- Take overall responsibility for logistics, flow of goods, and internal processes and structures  

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards  

- Driven, operational, and performance-oriented mindset  

- Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment  

- Several years of relevant experience in roles such as CFO, Finance Manager, or similar, with full P&L responsibility  

- Solid background in accounting and financial management  

- Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field  

- Hands-on approach with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”  

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills  

- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English 

This is a full-time interim assignment based in Stockholm. You will report directly to the General Manager of HOPE.
