SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK/1800 DKK/2000 NOK/250 USD/200 EUR. All orders outside the EU are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the customer is responsible for all taxes, custom charges and import duties.
We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days from our Stockholm distribution centre, excluding Swedish public holidays. Processing operates Monday to Friday. Note that process times depend on payment clearance and stock availability, and may extend during sales periods.

After ordering, you'll receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with collection point details once dispatched.

Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK; from 49 SEK for orders below. 1-3 days delivery time and free returns with PostNord. PostNord delivery options offered are Home Delivery, Box Delivery or Pickup Point.
DENMARK
Free shipping on all orders above 1800 DKK; from 66 DKK for orders below. 1-3 days delivery time with UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard.
NORWAY
Free shipping above 2000 NOK; from 102 NOK for orders below. 2-4 days delivery with UPS Standard.
USA
Free shipping above $250; from $10 for orders below. 2-4 days delivery with UPS Express Saver or UPS Expedited.
REST OF THE WORLD
Free shipping above 200 EUR; from 8.95 EUR for orders below. 2-5 days delivery time with UPS Express Saver, UPS Standard or UPS Expedited.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery times mentioned are to be seen as estimates and the time of the delivery may be longer. In case of any misleading information regarding the quantities in stock or due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that we are not able to redirect orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
COMPLAINTS
We need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item. Please do not send anything back to us without our prior knowledge and confirmation. If you send back a defective product, make sure to contact us before so we can send you a pre-paid return label. It’s very important that we receive this information, as we are not always able to reimburse you for the shipping costs afterwards.
INSURANCE
Your order is insured by HOPE during shipping and until it is delivered to you. If your order is signed by a recipient other than yourself their signature is evidence of signature that verifies delivery and order fulfilment by HOPE, and at the same time releases HOPE of any responsibility.
