HOPE is looking for a Product Developer to join the team at our Stockholm Head Office. As product developer you will be responsible for the product development process; from transforming designer ideas into products delivered to our warehouse. You will together with the design team follow and maintain the vision of the Brand and consistently work to establish and develop the brand identity in product. The work environment at HOPE is creative and inclusive, no day is ever the same.

- Product development and production across all collections. Focus on woven, knitwear and leather 
- Responsible for close contact with suppliers to communicate comments on the various development samples with an emphasis on price, quality and fit 
- Good negotiation skills and a business mind 
- Attend fittings sessions and take comments to ensure further production processes run smoothly 
- Ensure all information is clear and followed by the supplier, ensuring an accurate product and on time delivery of sampling

- Relevant textile education at college level   
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar product development role 
- Experience of working with several different product groups is a requirement 
- Excellent verbal and written English communication & time management skills. Swedish is a plus but not mandatory 

- Self-motivated, responsible and confident 
- Solution-oriented and hands-on with a positive attitude 
- Good understanding for the product’s environmental impact, drive to make change and preferable experience from more sustainable production processes 
- A strong team player with outstanding communication and collaboration skills 
- Highly organized and proactive with an ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously 
- Business and results-oriented
