HOPE is looking for an Ecommerce Administrator and CX Manager to join our Ecommerce Team at our Stockholm locations. You will be responsible for customer service as well as order management. In addition, you will play a key role in developing the HOPE website to optimize the customer experience and support long-term growth and profitability.

- Manage all ecommerce-related customer communication with excellent service 
- Manage orders, returns, and fulfillment 
- Handle delivery performance issues and communicate with carriers and payment providers 
- Support product merchandising, product information, promotional setup, reporting, and other site management tasks 
- Perform daily tasks related to e-commerce operations, including internal and external communication 
- Responsible for the stock room on site and support store personnel 
- Support buying strategy and execution 
- Optimize stock levels and replenishment to secure full sales potential 

Prior experience is not required; however, experience in retail or e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
