SHIPPING AND ORDERS

I did not receive an order confirmation? 

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please e-mail us at onlineinfo@hopestockholm.com, and we will help you.

When will I receive my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. During high-demand or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.  

After ordering, you'll receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with collection point details once dispatched.

Does HOPE ship worldwide?

How can I track my order?   

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Why is my tracking link not working?

It can take up to 24 hours for the courier to update shipping information after you receive the shipping confirmation email from us. Please check back later if the link isn’t yet active.

Can I return or exchange my online purchase at a HOPE store?

Yes, you can return or exchange your online order at any HOPE store at no additional cost. Find your nearest store via our store locator here.

Does HOPE provide a return label for my order?

Returns within Sweden costs 39 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. A return form and PostNord label are included with your order.  

For all other countries, return costs are the customer's responsibility, and HOPE does not provide return labels.  

How do I return my HOPE order?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued once we receive and process your returned package. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt, with bank transactions taking an additional 2-3 business days to complete.

How do I make a claim?   

To make a claim, please email us at onlineinfo@hopestockholm.com with a description of the issue, a photo of the item, along with your receipt and purchase date.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SIZING 

When will an out-of-stock product be restocked?  

If a garment is sold out in your size, select “Notify me when available”, and you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.

How do I find the right size?  

For HOPE, style comes before gender. Therefore, garments are labelled with both men’s and women’s sizes to encourage the community to explore the full collection. Use our size conversion chart to help you find the right size.

Enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout, just before finalizing your order.

How do I open an account?
