RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from our online store, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges online. If you like to change size you have to place a new order.
Notice that you do not qualify for our return policy if:
- More than 14 days has passed since you received your order.
- If damage or harm has been caused to a product while examining it.
- The product has been broken or damaged and is not in the same condition as when delivered. - The product’s tags have been removed.
RETURNING ITEMS ON SALE
Items purchased on sale and shipped outside the EU are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
- Customers in the EU, EES (including Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and UK have a statutory right to withdraw a sale purchase within 14 days.
- Customers in China and South Korea have a right to return sale items within 7 days after receiving their order.
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at full price that later go on sale.
RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
For returns within Sweden, you will receive a return form and Postnord return label with your order.
For Postnord returns:
1. Fill in the return form.
2. Place the item/items that you want to return in the plastic bag that your order came in, or any other packaging.
3. Attach the Postnord return sticker on the package.
4. Take the parcel to your nearest Postnord delivery point.
RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
The return cost is on the customers expense and HOPE does not provide return labels. You may use any carrier of your choice.
For returns outside of the EU:
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by HOPE. Mark the goods as RETURN on the customs invoice and the correct value of the items. If the value is declared as zero, the shipment may be delayed or returned to sender.

RETURN IN STORE
You can return your items at any of our stores in Stockholm or at our store in Gothenburg. Find store information and addresses under Store Locator.
Returns in-store are free of charge. Simply bring your item(s) along with the return form, and once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation through email.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method of the order. Returns and refunds are processed as soon as possible after the returned items have been received and registered at our warehouse in Stockholm. The process may take up to 30 days to be completed.
Please note that the original shipping is not refunded.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
All unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees associated with the return of the unclaimed package will be charged to the customer.
GUARANTEES
HOPE complies with all rules and regulations issued by the Swedish Consumer Agency. You can read more about the different policies at the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.
